How To Use Reward Points:
In the Shipping tab of Secure Checkout you will find Payment Method options. Select "Redeem Points" and click to Continue to Payment. In the next screen you'll then choose to use all of these Reward Points, or only a portion. Then follow the remaining prompts to submit payment via Credit Card or PayPal and complete your purchase. It's easy!

1 - Create An Account
Easily create your account at Checkout or log into your existing account. Without an account (if you check out as a Guest), we have no way to assign accruing points to you. With few exceptions, all products on CycleBitz.com earn rewards and every product page shows the amount of points that can be earned. There is no upper limit on points earned--want to have 10 million points? Be our guest :-)....
2 - Redeem Your Points
Your points credit balance is available at checkout (when logged in) as a full or partial payment method. You can choose to use your credit balance or not.
Example: You accumulated 500 points and have $50 credit balance. A new purchase of $75 can be partially paid with your points balance and the remainder with a payment method of your choosing...
3 - What To Expect
A minimum of 100 points (or a $10 balance) are needed to redeem your credit... Points are awarded on orders placed (per item) and remain pending until the order shipped. If you order 3 items and only 2 items shipped, the points on those 2 items become available to you... Returns/refunds or canceled orders are deducted from your balance...

Do Points Expire?
IMPORTANT: At this time, CycleBitz Reward Points are set to expire after 365 days, so come back soon and talk to us if you think your next purchase will be after your points expiry date.
Can I Earn Points Somewhere Else To Use Here?
Obviously, only purchases made at CycleBitz.com are eligible to earn rewards. It seems silly we had to add this line in but, yep, it has to be said.
One exception! Store Credit earned at our walk-in Cyclebitz shop in Asheville, can be transferred to the website.
