The high-tech, moisture-wicking stretch fabric is designed to keep the garment tight against your body for optimal heat transfer while reducing bulk. The garment is durable, hand-washable, extremely lightweight and delivers more heat in more places than any other garment. Warm & Safe base layers offer the great heat-transfer performance with the least amount of bulk. Featuring soft and flexible alloy/silicone heat panels means less insulation and power is required to deliver and retain the desired heat below your regular clothes, instead of using more power to force heat through them. How to use .. 
This is a 12v garment, meaning it is meant to be powered by your vehicle's 12v power source.
This garment does not come with it's own power or controller (which you absolutely need).
We recommend purchasing with the dual zone controller (EHHT930CR2) which has everything you need to connect to your vehicle battery and control power output (heat) to the garment.
Why a dual zone controller? This heated shirt has two power input plugs. One to control power to the 7 heat panels and one for the glove connectors. It is always better to control heat to the body separate from heat provided to attached heated gloves. 
If you do not intend to ever use heated gloves, you can use a single zone controller (EHHT930CR1).

Alternatively, you can power this heated shirt with our portable 12v lithium battery (HCCA5045). This battery has a controller built-in. No external controller is needed.
